- All members of EPF Societies and Study Groups are entitled to be web users and also to receive the printed Bulletin. All this included in the fees that their societies pay to the EPF. All the non-European members of the IPA have free access to the EPF website, especially to its online Bulletin "Psychoanalysis in Europe".
- Candidates have the same rights.
- Individual or institutions will receive the printed Bulletin and a password for the website through their subscription to the Bulletin which can be done following the instructions given in the Bulletin. The cost is 25€ per person and year payable to the EPF bank account.
